Korean Corn Cheese

A creamy and gooey Korean Corn meal ready in under 10 mins using minimal ingredients. Can be eaten with rice, chip, grilled meat, piece of bread or as a side dish up to you. Just imagine the mouth-watering cheese pull once ready. 

Ingredients:

  • Sweetcorn 
  • Mayonnaise
  • Butter
  • Spring Onion
  • Mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  1. In a pan on low heat, drop about 1 table spoon of butter 
  2. Once the butter had mostly melted, covering most of the pan, add in your can of sweetcorn and stir with the spatula. Listen as the sweetcorn as the sizzle and the beautiful aroma it give off. 
  3. Add more butter if not enough. And add about table spoon of mayonnaise and stir. 
  4. Sprinkle in the shredded Mozzarella and lightly stir to mixed the cheese in. You should be about to see the strings when stirring.
  5. Sprinkle in some pepper, salt, and sugar to your taste.
  6. Sprinkle more cheese on top and sprinkle the spring onion in. 

Ready. A sizzling hot, pan-fried, corn cheese with a magnificent cheese pull.
